Crew Resource Management
CRM is the effective use of all available resources — people, equipment, information, procedures and time —
to achieve safe, efficient and well-coordinated flight operations.
CRM does not replace technical skill. It supports technical skill by improving judgement,
coordination, communication, awareness and disciplined use of procedures.
